Return Policy If you must return an item as a result of a mistake on our part (wrong part shipped, error in our listings, etc.), we will reimburse you for the return postage and ship a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us for return instructions. If you return a part as a result of an error on your part (wrong part number ordered, vehicle did not have the distributor you thought, etc.) there will be a restocking fee of $5.00/item and you will be charged for the shipping of the replacement part. We will only accept returns of items that are in their original condition, i.e., all parts, packaging, and instructions must be clean and in original, unaltered condition. Please contact us for return instructions. Replacement of Parts Under Warranty Any item that fails while under warranty must be returned to us in order to receive a replacement. Please contact us before returning parts. You will be asked for a copy of your invoice or your invoice number. We will only replace the part that you return. For example, if you return an Ignitor module, you will be sent an Ignitor module; if you return a module and magnet sleeve, you will be sent a module and magnet sleeve. We will reimburse you for return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you. Low Price Guaranty If you find a lower currently advertised price* on any PerTronix item delivered to your door, we'll match it. Just send us an email with the price, including the shipping and handling, and where you saw it (magazine ad, website, etc.). We'll send you a confirmation email and you get the parts at that advertised price plus any shipping and handling that the other dealer charges. *Does not include prices offered by private individuals on the resale of new or used items.
